Returns & Exchanges

Due to the time and materials of creating original art pieces and other custom projects, they are not eligible for returns or exchange. I would hate to hear that one of my pieces failed to meet your quality expectations though so please reach out and I'll try to find a way to make things right.

If you received a defective product or your item was damaged during shipping, please email me at sara@thatssoart.com with photos & more details.

For other physical goods, you may exchange your item for another in-stock item within 14 days of purchase. For Christmas and Mother's Day gifts, exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the holiday.
