It includes the original watercolor portrait and the digitization process of that portrait for use on other merchandise or art prints. This listing includes a limited use, non-exclusive license. Specific terms of each license are discussed on an individual basis.  

Please note that you are purchasing my interpretation of your location, therefore some colors, details and textures may appear different once painted. If you're not sure if you're going to love it, please browse through my shop and social media channels to see more of my work before purchasing.

Due to the nature of watercolor and this being a custom piece, refunds will almost never be issued and edits are not possible once the location has already been painted. If there's something special that you want included in the piece, please let me know when you send your photos!

Please also note, if your photos aren’t received within seven days of purchase your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. My typical turnaround time for a custom portrait is 4-6 weeks unless otherwise mentioned.   Local pickup dates are not guaranteed for custom pieces.
