You are purchasing my interpretation and freehanded representation of your home, archival ink and watercolor on 8x10in cold press paper, unframed. Some colors, details and textures may appear different once painted. If you are not sure if you're going to love it, please browse through my shop and social media channels to see more of my work.

Please also note, if your photos aren’t received within seven days of purchase your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. My typical turnaround time for a custom home is 4 weeks unless otherwise mentioned.

Due to the nature of watercolor and this being a custom piece, refunds will almost never be issued and edits are not possible once the home has already been painted. If there's something special about your home that you want included in the piece, please let me know when you send your photos!
